Please read the following terms and conditions before using this software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
------------------------
1.1 This Edition of UltraFileSearch ("SOFTWARE") is provided as Freeware for non-profit use.
It cannot be used for Business or Work or within Company, Corporate or Organization.
1.2 Stegisoft ("AUTHOR") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use
the SOFTWARE on your computer as long as the terms of this agreement are respected.

2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
-----------------------------
2.1 You may not alter, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create
derivative works based on the SOFTWARE.
2.2 You may not vary, delete or obscure any notices of proprietary rights or any product
identification or restrictions on or in the SOFTWARE.
2.3 You must not use this SOFTWARE to engage in or allow others to engage in any illegal
activity.
2.4 You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the SOFTWARE Product.
2.5 Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this
license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

3. DISTRIBUTION

3.1 This SOFTWARE may be freely distributed on the Internet, on CD/DVDs or on Disks,
provided that the original files inside the distribution file are not modified,
the program is not bundled with illegal or offensive material.

4. MAINTENANCE
------------------
4.1 The AUTHOR is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE.
4.2 However, any maintenance or updates provided by the AUTHOR shall be covered by
this Agreement.

5. TERMINATION
------------------
5.1 Without prejudice to any other rights, the AUTHOR may terminate this EULA if you fail to
comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
5.2 The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the limitations,
conditions or obligations described herein.
5.3 In such event you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE files from your storage
devices and cease to use the product.

6. COPYRIGHT

6.1 The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
6.2 You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is
transferred to you.
6.3 You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain
the exclusive property of the AUTHOR and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE
except as expressly set forth in this license.
6.4 You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices
which appear on and in the SOFTWARE.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

7.1 THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR
OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR
THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

8. HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES
----------------------------
8.1 The SOFTWARE is not designed, manufactured or intended for use as on-line control
equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in
the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems,
air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the
failure the SOFTWARE could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical
or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities").
8.2 The AUTHOR specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for
High Risk Activities.

9. GENERAL

9.1 The terms of this license are subject to change in future versions of the SOFTWARE.
9.2 Installing and using the SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions
of the license agreement and warranty.
9.3 If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license
contradict with your local laws, you must remove the SOFTWARE files from your storage
devices and cease to use the product.
